Verizon - "AdFellows Diversity Initiative"

I was proud to be part of launching Verizon's new diversity, equity and inclusion initiative. The landmark program hires women and BIPOC, and places them in 8 month paid fellowships (with housing) across multiple marketing industries and agencies (including Weber Shandwick). The program has a job placement goal of 90%. 

I wrote multiple pieces supporting the campaign. DEI efforts in the workplace and beyond are very important issues to me personally, and the work was very fulfilling in that regard.

Here are two articles I was asked to ghostwrite for this launch. The first is a piece for Verizon's blog. The second is an interview with Weber Shandwick's Senior Vice President, Staffing and Diversity & Inclusion, which was then used to craft an editorial piece:
