Pizza Hut - "Terre Hut, Indiana"

As the Official Pizza of the NCAA, Pizza Hut asked us for ideas to launch its "All-American" program, which would send a contest winner would be paid a salary to travel to 33 NCAA Championships in 25 Cities and document the journey on social media. After delivering the client scores of ideas, they determined my first and simplest idea would work best -- renaming the launch city from Terre Haute to Terre Hut. The next day, I would find myself writing mayoral proclamations, speeches for NCAA cross country champions, press copy, and more.

Most importantly, I got to see my dumb pun on a giant billboard. Sometimes that is the job!
