Bayer Global - Rennie (Alka-Seltzer) Antacid (2022)

For Bayer's Rennie Antacid brand (Alka-Seltzer in the U.S.), the client wanted to create a simple, short, engaging, and informative look at heartburn and its misconceptions without getting into the weeds of human anatomy.

In short, I was tasked with concepting a metaphor that could tell the story of how heartburn works in an approachable way.

I was first inspired by my own pigeon, who visited me daily in my backyard. I was then inspired by a "drinking bird" toy my grandmother gave me.

Working alongside my designer's brilliant visual concepts, I was able to script a short video doing just that.

I also helped ideate the aesthetic/art approach, soundtracking, and direct the VO session with talent.
