Bayer "For All" Docuseries (2022)

For Bayer, Paradowski Creative was tasked with creating a five episode docu-series spotlighting stories of how Bayer is improving ACCESS to health and human services through its global efforts and partnerships.

Rather than capture this footage first-hand, we would be relying on partners and employees to provide diary-style footage that we could shape into a compelling narrative. Relying on subjects to deliver compelling content from a world away presents its own creative and logistical challenges, but we were able to meet deadlines, juggle multiple edits and episodes at once, and produce the entire content series over the course of 2022. 

I was responsible for helping story mine topics, developing storylines, interviewing each subject, providing filming and photo guidelines, reviewing footage, assisting in edits, writing post-production copy, web copy, social copy, and much more.
